See what you'll get, on real NYC lots.
Eight hand-picked feasibility reports spanning Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx: irregular lots, assemblages, 485-x corridors and full special-district overrides. Each one is the same architect-grade study you get when you run your own.

Every report draws each floor of the proposed building, and every floor comes out as an editable DXF: cellar, ground, typical floors and roof. Your architect opens them in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino or SketchUp and draws over them instead of starting the plan again.
Layers follow the AIA convention (A-WALL, A-ROOM, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, A-STAIR, A-ELEV), in decimal feet, with every room named and measured. They are sketch plans, not construction documents: no dimension strings, no structural grid, nothing stamped.
