Most NYC commercial buildings are held in single-purpose LLCs. The deed reads “HOUSE 19 LLC” — and PropertyShark, Compstak, ZoLa, and CoStar all stop there. You don't have a name, a number, or a way in.

We pierce it. Four-source pipeline, run in parallel:

  • Vision AI reads the actual recorded deed AND mortgage signatures — when the deed is illegible, the mortgage cracks it.
  • Co-buyer propagation: when a JV uses five sister-LLCs, one pierce attributes all five.
  • Reverse-address skip-trace fallback: pull the LLC's mailing address from the deed body, reverse-trace it, surface the family living there.
  • Related contacts: spouse, siblings, business partners — also pulled, also reachable.
