Each file is an AutoCAD R2018 DXF in decimal feet ($INSUNITS = 2), drawn in
plan at Z = 0, and opens directly in AutoCAD, Revit (Insert > Link CAD /
Import CAD), Rhino, SketchUp (File > Import) and any other DXF reader.
Repeated floors are drawn once: "FL02-13-typical" is floors 2 through 13.

WHAT THESE ARE
--------------
Sketch plans, not construction documents. They show a code-plausible layout
of the envelope this report computed — unit mix, core, corridors, egress
stairs — so the scheme can be checked and drawn over. They carry no
dimension strings, no structural grid and no MEP, they are not stamped, and
they are not a substitute for an architect's drawings. Lot geometry comes
from the NYC Digital Tax Map scaled to the PLUTO lot area, not a survey.
Check every assumption against a survey and the Zoning Resolution citations
in the report before relying on it.
